IPM Programme in my Opinion -Few fundamental aspects about IPM .IPM के कुछ मूलभूत पहलू

National IPM Programme was made during 1991-92.Since then it is being implemented through various Central Integrated Pest Management Centres of the Directorate of plant protection ,Quarantine and storage under Union Ministry of Agriculture and farmers welfare.  Under this programme various activities are being implemented.

In my opinion Integrated Pest Management  is .........

1.A motivational  programme in which  the IPM stakeholders are motivated to do farming without harming to the nature and society.

2.IPM stakeholders are motivated through systematic trainings, demonstrations, and creation of awareness to grow safe  crops with least or without disturbance to community health, Environment,ecosystem biodiversity nature and society. 

3.IPM is a skill Development programme in which the stakeholders are made competent to grow healthy and safe crops on minimum expenditure, minimum use of the chemical pesticides and fertilizers and minimum or least disturbance to the community health, Environment,ecosystem biodiversity nature and society. 

4.IPM is not a method but it is concept of the pest management. 

5.IPM is a social movement to reduce the use of the chemicals i.e.pesticides and fertilizers  in Agriculture to avoid their I'll effects on nature ,Environment, ecosystem and society, 

.6.IPM is a way forward from growing more food to grow safe food.

7.lPM is a programme for ensuring food security along with food safety. 

8.IPM is a first step to go for organic Farming .

9.IPM is a programme for making Agriculture,profitable, sustainable, and safe through crop Diversification and crop rotation,creation of infrastructures and suitable policies.

10.IPM is a Philosophy which is related with different aspects of life.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an Ecofriendly approach  which  aims at keeping pest population  below economic threshold level (ETL) employing all available alternate  pest control methods and techniques such as cultural, machanical, biological ,with emphasis on use of bio pesticides and pesticides of plant origin like neem formulations .The use of chemical  pesticides is advised as a measure of last resort when the pest population in the crop crosses Economic threshold level(ETL).

____________________________________The main objectives of IPM is:_

1.To Sustain life and livelyhood of the even weakest  farmers of society. छोटे से छोटे कृषकों के जीवन एवं जीविका  को स्थायित्व प्रदान करना ।

2To maintain Food security along with food safety.

3.To produce Chemicalless food and to keep and maintain  diseasesless society .

4..To make agroecosystem active and sustainable.

5.The Second Green Revolution must  also be a Quality Revolution to trade the Agricultural products and also   to produce safe food to eat .

6.Restoration of damaged Agroecosystem  is the prime requirment of  second Green Revolution.

7.To ensure ecological,environmental natural ,Social development along with G D P based financial  development.

8.IPM-From management of pests to management of complete Agricultural system to manage and improve the life and livelyhood of the farmers and safety of the nature and society.

____________________________________आईपीएम अथवा किसी अन्य विचारधारा को क्रियान्वित करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि कोई भी नई विचारधारा अथवा बात लोग आसानी से नहीं ग्रहण करेंगे। क्योंकि तुम उनकी सदियों पुरानी धारणाओं को तोड़ रहे हो,वे तुमसे प्रेम नहीं करेंगे। पहले वे तुम्हारा उपहास करेंगे फिर हिंसक होंगे फिर तुम्हारी उपेक्षा करेंगे फिर तुम्हें स्वीकार करगे । यह परिवर्तन तुम स्वयं देखोगे बस तुम्हें अपना धैर्य और सहनशीलता बनाए रखनी हगी। यह चीज हमें कई बार आईपी m के क्रियान्वयन करते समय देखने को मिली है । आईपीएम क्रियान्वित करते समय यह कई बार अनुभव किया गया है की किसान आपकी बातों को सुन  तो  लेगा परंतु वह स्वयं क्रियान्वित नहीं करेगा । इसलिए यह अनुभव किया गया की कई बार आईपीएम के डेमोंसट्रेशन तो सुचारू रूप से हो जाते हैं परंतु आईपीएम का क्रियान्वयन सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो पाता है। इसके लिए आईपीएम इनपुट्स की कृषकों के द्वारा पर अनु उपलब्धता एक प्रमुख कारण हैं। इसके लिए सरकार को आईपीएम तथा प्राकृतिकखेती के इनपुट्स को कृषकों के द्वार पर उपलब्ध कराने हेतु रासायनिक कीटनाशकों के समांतर में आईपीएम इनपुट्स की औद्योगिक इकाइयों को स्थापित करना चाहिए।

यह भी अनुभव किया गया है की की किसान भाई खेती में कीटनाशकों एवं अन्य अन्य हानिकारक रसायन ऑन के उपयोग को तब तक कम नहीं करते जब तक की वे उन रसायनों के दुष्परिणाम के शिकार ना हो, उनके दुष्परिणाम के ब।रे में अच्छी तरह से जागरूक न हों ।

आईपीएम के क्रियान्वयन हेतु आईपीएम के सभी भागीदारों जिसमें सरकार एवं कृषकों तथा प्रचारएव प्रसार कार्यकर्ताओं की प्रमुख भूमिका होती है के परस्पर सहयोग की अत्यंत आवश्यकता है।

 आईपीएम, बीज से लेकर सुरक्षित फसल उत्पादों के उत्पादन,भडारण , विपणन तथा व्यापार व फसल उत्पादों के अंतिम प्रयोग एवं अगली फसल की बुवाई की तैयारी तक की नाशिजीव प्रबंधन सहित संपूर्ण कृषि तत्र के समेकित प्रबंधन की एक कार्य शैली, विज्ञान, दर्शन, आध्यात्म, समाजशास्त्र , अर्थशास्त्र, टेक्नोलॉजी, प्रबंधन, योजना, नीति शस्त्र एवं विचारधारा है जिसमें कम से कम खर्चे में, रसायनों का कम से कम उपयोग करते हुए तथा प्रकृति, पर्यावरण ,समाज एवं जीवन को कम से कम बाधित करते हुए खेती करने की एवं वनस्पति संरक्षण करने की सभी विधियों को समेकित रूप से प्रयोग करते हुए जिसमें रासायनिक विधियों  का प्रयोग सिर्फ अंतिम विकल्प के रूप   में किसी आपातकाल स्थिति के निदान हेतु प्रयोग करते हुए ,खेतों में नाशिजीवों की संख्या को आर्थिक हानि  स्तर के नीचे सीमित रखते हुए नाशिजीवों की समस्याओं से छुटकारा प्राप्त करने के साथ-साथ फसलों के उत्पादों का अधिक से अधिक उत्पादन एवं उनका अधिक से अधिकविक्रय मूल्य प्राप्त करने के साथ साथ खाने के योग्य  सुरक्षित भोजन का उत्पादन किया जाता है आई पी एम कहलाता है ।

आई पी एम नाशीजीव प्रबंधन सहित संपूर्ण कृषि पद्धति प्रबंधन का एक समेकित तरीका है जो कृषकों की जीविका प्रबंधन तथा उसको बरकरार रखने के  लिए भी समर्पित है ।

IPM is to get rid of from pest problems or to suppress the pest problems below Economic threshold level and also to get maximum production with more and more sale price of crop produce with minimum expenditure, minimum use of chemicals and with least disturbance to nature, environment,society and life through adoption of all available, affordable,and feasible methods of farming or pest management in compatible manner using chemical method only to combat emergency.

IPM is an integrated management of complete Agricultural system including pest management with safety of life,nature and society.

कृषि स्वयं में एक एकीकृत अथवा समेकित विचारधारा है ।

प्राकृतिक खेती आईपीएम का ही एक सुधारहुआ रूप है जिसमें रसायनों का उपयोग बिल्कुल नहीं किया जाता तथा फसल पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को रूपांतरित करके, मिट्टी को बलवान तथा उपजाऊ बनाकर देसी गाय, देसी कचुआ, फसलों के देसी बीज, तथादेसी विधियों को अपनाकर फसल पारिस्थितिक तंत्र एवं समाज की जरूरत के हसाब से ही खेती की जातीहै।

Initially I P M Scheme was launched with a slogan ie IPM for better Environment but later on based on the needs of nature ,life and society  its mandate was extended and included aspects related with इकॉनमीtrade,food security along with food safety and also with the safety of life,nature including ecosystem,biodiversity, economy,and society.

The area of the mandate of IPM was enhanced time to time keeping in view of need.

किसी भी विचारधारा को क्रियान्वित करते समय हमें इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए की विचारधारा का कोई भी भागीदार कोई भी नई बात आसानी से ग्रहण नहीं करेगा । तुम उनकी सदियों पुरानी धारणाओं को तोड़ रहे हो । वह तुमसे प्रेम नहीं करेंगे । पहले वह तुम्हारा उपहास करेंगे, फिर हिंसक होंगे ,फिर तुम्हारी उपेक्षा करेंगे , फिर तुम्हें स्वीकार करेंगे यह परिवर्तन तुम स्वयं
