जब वनस्पति संरक्षण या प्लांट प्रोटक्शन को कृषकों, कृषि श्रमिकों, तथा समाज के अन्य घटकों के द्वारा face सामना (encounter)की जाने वाली वाली आर्थिक ,सामाजिक ,पर्यावरण ,पारिस्थितिक तंत्र ,भौगोलिक, भूमंडलीय ,जलवायु आधारित, राजनीतिक ,स्वास्थ्य संबंधी एवं प्राकृतिक समस्याओं को ध्यान में रखकर और उनको दूर करते हुए क्रियान्वयन किया जाता है तब हम इसे एकीकृत नाशि जीव प्रबंधन या इंटीग्रेटेड पेस्ट मैनेजमेंट अथवा आईपीएम कहते हैं l

आई पीएम का कृषि विकास एवं कृषक संपन्नता मैं योगदान के बारे में कुछ विचार
दोस्तों किसी भी देश के विकास विकास में वैज्ञानिकों इंजीनियरों राजनीतिज्ञ एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के अलावा कृष को व कृषि श्रमिकों का विशेष योगदान होता है कृष को या कृषि श्रमिकों के योगदान के बगैर किसी भी देश का विकास संभव नहीं है कृषक हमारे अन्नदाता है जो हमारे जीवन को चलाने के लिए हमें अन्य भोजन प्रदान करते हैं इसी प्रकार से कृषि श्रमिकों एवं अन्य श्रमिकों का देश के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर निर्माण एवं विकास हेतु महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है जिस के बगैर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकास संभव नहीं है परंतु हमारे ही देश में नहीं बल्कि विश्व के अधिकतर देशों में कृष को एवं कृषि श्रम को तथा अन्य श्रमिकों को उपेक्षित किया जाता रहा है उनके द्वारा पैदा की गई कृषि उत्पादकों का उचित मूल्य को निर्धारण करने का अधिकार उन्हें नहीं दिया गया है जबकि किसी उद्योगपति को उनके द्वारा निर्माण की गई की जाने वाली सभी औद्योगिक चीजों के मूल्य निर्धारण का अधिकार तूने ही दिया गया है यह चीज हमारे हिसाब से ठीक नहीं है l कृषि के क्षेत्र में समय-समय पर वैज्ञानिकों के द्वारा अनेक मॉड्यूल विकसित किए गए जिनका उपयोग करके कृष कौन है कृषि उत्पादन विशेष तौर से अनाज के उत्पादन में गुणात्मक वृद्धि प्राप्त कर ली है l
स्वस्थ एवं संपूर्ण समाज के निर्माण हेतु प्रकृति व समाज के बीच में तालमेल रखते हुए तथा इन को वा इन के संसाधनों को सुरक्षित रखते हुए खाने के लिए सुरक्षित भोजन तथा बेचने के लिए गुणवत्ता युक्त कृषि उत्पादों का उत्पादन करने हेतु आई पीएम अपनाएं l

lntegrated Pest Managent (IPM) in today's context any Scenario
In today's scenarios and context we must adopt only those crop production, protection, management and IPM practices and methods in compatible manner which are better suited to above concept and requirements. In IPM we can adopt all available, affordable,feasible and acceptable methods of pest management in a manner in which they are better suitted to fulfill the above requirements.In IPM we can apply all available methods of pest management in a manner or in a way they may not be harmful to nature and society.
Change of prochemical pesticidal mindsets in to no or less
chemical pesticidal mindsets ,reduction of chemical pesticides and promotion of bio ecological approaches of pest management by way of promoting the use of organic inputs like animal wastes based ,vermicompost,green manuring and plant based etc,profitable crop rotation though crop Diversification, promotion of zero Budget farming and Integrated farming, restoration of damaged agroecosystems,in clusion of traditional methods along with modern technology will be useful to promote IPM and the livelyhood of all sections of society.AgroecosystemAnalysis and pest Risk Analysis will be the useful techniques for decision making and assessing the pest status of a harmful organism.
IPM INPUTS like biopesticides, different types of traps and biocontrol agents of crop pests and weeds will help to facilitate the IPM technology.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM)-Concept and Philosophy in my Openion
1.IPM is a concept ,not method. Friends, we are doing lot of activities or different types of activities to fulfill our needs to sustain life on earth.These activities with their way of application or methods if giving the possitive results or desired results while practicing, if are accepted by the society for practical use or for future application become as concept .Relating,defining and describing IPM in terms of various aspects of life like social, ,natural , trade, spritual,economical, ecological Environmental,and national ,international percepectives and other aspects of life is called as IPM Philosophy.I have described the IPM
in various aspects of life ,nature,and society which is called as an IPM Philisophy.
2.IPM is a skill Development programme to make all the IPM stakehoders competent to grow healthy,safe,cheap,bumper crop with minimum expenditure, minimum use of the chemical pesticides and with least disturbance to community health, Environment, ecosystem, biodiversity,nature and society which is the basic concept of IPM .
3.IPM is a way of farming without harming to the nature and society.
4.IPM is a philosophy which is related with all aspects of life.
5.IPM philosophy is based on the principles of nonviolence, harmony,sympathy,tolerance safety,security,sensitivity and development of all.
6 .IPM is Committed to ensure GDP based Development along with Environmental ,Ecological ,natural ,and social development.
7.IPM is a vision for the betterment of future.
8.IPM deals with crop production, protection and management techniques with safety to community health, Environment,ecosystem biodiversity, nature and society.
9.To get desired results from any concept or philosophy it is necessary to practice them in proper way or proper method.
10.For Practicing any concept or philosophy in a proper way a close cooperation, coordination and commitment,of their all stakeholders along with a strong leadership,with a proper vision is absolutely essential.
11.In view of todays social,natural,Environmental,ecological,and economical scenarios and context the crop production,protection ,management and IPM system must be safe,sustainable, profitable, demond based and business and income oriented and harmonious with the nature and society.
