Skill is a quality or an ability of a person for doing a particular work efficiently .Each and every person is having certain  skills with him.There is a need to identify those skills and  exploit them  to get a particular result . Skill development is a way to make a person competent or to empower him to do a particular work .It is also a way to make a person perfect to do a particular work through his personal participation as practice makes  a man perfect .

IPM is a Skill Development Program

1-To grow safe food to eat 

2-Quality agricultural commodities to trade

3-Minimum expenditure, 

4-Minimum use of the chemical pesticides in Agriculture.

5-Minimum disturbance of health, environment ,ecosystem ,biodiversity  

6- To improve the livelihood  of the farmers and also to ensure food security and food safety        simultaneously. 

Let's make certain check points of the agricultural practices  which are against  

 the principles of IPM and which needed more attention to empower a person

 or farmers to adopt IPM for their empowerment and try to improve  

for the adoption of IPM properly.
