Objectives of IPM

1.To  ensure safe and secure Agriculture .
2.To ensure food security along with food safety.
3.To grow quality Agricultural commodities to trade.
4.To reduce cost of cultivation.
5.To maintain harmony with the nature and society. 
6.To enhance farmers income and their prosperity.
7.To ensure safety of farmers,environment,ecosystem and natural resources.
8.To reduce dominancy of chemicals ie chemical pesticides and fertilizers in Agriculture. 
9.To make farmers and other IPM stakeholders competent to grow safe crops with minimum expenditure, minimum use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers and minimum or least disturbance to ecosystem, Environment, biodiversity, nature and society.
10.To ensure food security along with food safety simultaneously. To facilitate national and international trades smoothly.
11.To ensure conservation of natural resources in agroecosystem. 
12.To restore the damaged ecosystem damaged due to indiscriminate use of the chemical pesticides in Agriculture. 
13.To reduce Environmental pollution.
14.To maintain harmony with nature and society.
