Essential needs for preparation and implementation of IPM strategy

1.IPM strategy needs strong political, Beaurecratic, and administrative will  power,co operation ,and support ,correct vision, attitude of working in teams,proactiveness  for adoption of correct steps,to get success at any way and in any cost from available resources through creation of awareness and motivation, of all IPM stakeholders .

2.Govt cooperation  is also essentially required to implement IPM .

3.To ensure the availability of IPM inputs at the doorsteps of the farmers

4.Change of propesticidal mindsets of IPM stakeholders. 

5.Conservation of beneficial organisms found in agroecosystem through promotion of nonchemical methods of pest management and reduction of the use of chemical pesticide. 

6.Use of chemical pesticides only to combat emergency situation in the crop fields.

7.Promote the industrial production of IPM inputs by establishing industries for the production of IPM inputs parellar with chemical pesticides producing industries.
