Mitigation of pest emergency

Any adverse events either natural or induced or man made process resulting large scale damage and loss of life,natural resources,property ecosystem,Environment, economy  is called as Emergency.Emergency is always unpredictable which may come at any time hence do not give us time to manage or to combat the situation due to which we must have an Emergency mitigation system to combat the emergency .Some times it is also observed that we have to combat the emergent situation even without availability of emergency mitigation system .For example Govt  of India is having a well established and well equipped  Locust Warning Organisation (LWO),Natural Disaster Management  System,Environment  Protection Act and wild Life conservation Act etc but we do not have any medicine and mitigation system for Corona Emergency ..However we are doing efforts with the available tools ,and systems to combate  the Corona emergency being faced by the all over the world  including India .Social distancing and nation wide lockdown ,dividing the affected areas into different zones as per the severity and impact of disease like the area without any patient,  areawhre the patients are reported,ares where quarantine measures are undertaken to spread the disease  area where large scale treatment is being done.,testing and treatment of patients  are different measure which are being undertaken to combate the problem.

Pest emergency:  ----

       Any organism which is economically harmful to man is called as pest.But in my opinion no any organism of this world is a pest .They are innocent animals and are the units of ecosystem. They are having an important role to sustain the ecosystem .If any organism behaves  like a pest it behaves under the provocative conditions created by man.

    Any thing that can cause harm is called as threat.It may be biological, natural,ecological,environmental,sociological, climatic,or weather based,and sociological,.Threat is a probability  of harm that may happen in future for which we can make planning ,preparation for executing  the process for combating the threat

. मानवी ,प्राकृतिक, सामाजिक एवं राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों के द्वारा अचानक बहुत बड़े क्षेत्र में उत्पन्न होने वाली या विकसित होने वाली वह घटना या परिस्थिति जिससे जीवन, आर्थिक ,प्राकृतिक ,सामाजिक ,पारिस्थितिक तंत्रों ,सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य ,प्राकृतिक संसाधनों ,पर्यावरण एवं जैव विविधताओं आदि को उम्मीद से अधिक भारी मात्रा में नुकसान होता है आपत्ति काल  कहलाती है l
