Some thing about me( RAM ASRE)

I born in the biological control Scheme of the Dte. Of Plant Protection ,Quarantine and Storage on 2nd Feb 1978 at Central Biological Control Station Station Faridabad as a Technical Assistant  (bio-control ).Since then, I dedicated my 38 years continuous services to the Indian Plant Protection  in the Dte of Plant Protction ,Quarantine And  Storage (Dte.of PP,Q  & S) in  the Department of Agriculture, Co-operation  & Farmers Welfare(DACFW) under Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare(A&FW),Govt 0f⁹ India.During this 38 years period of my Govt services I served in Biological control, Pest Surveillance, Integrated Pest Management (IPM),Plant Quarantine ,Locust control control and Research schemes 0f Dte of Plant Protection,Quarantine and Storage and its Central Insecticides  Laboratory(CIL) Faridabad under the scheme Implementation of Insecticides Act 1968, schemes of this Dte.and gained experience and knowledge of field ,Laboratory Extention work , Training and formulating policy and planning for the schme of Ĺocust control and research and Srenthening and modernization of the pest management approach in India as  scheme officers of these schemes and emerged as IPM Philosopher, IPM Trainer,IPM Policy Maker,IPM demonstrator and as one of the founder members of National  IPM programme  in India commenced during 1991-92.Liaisoning and interacting with national and international agencies and personalities,Farmers Extention Workers,Beaurecrates,administrators,Policy makers and other IPM Stakeholers,remained some of the spokes of umbrella of my work.
