1.To make the farmers,farm labourers, and other stakeholders related with crop  production,crop protection and crop management Competent to grow healthy,safe,⁹ crops to eat and profitable ,bumper crops and quality Agricultural commodities to trade with minimum expenditure and least disturbance to community health, Environment,ecosystem, biodiversity, nature and society. 

2.To make the farmers and farm labourers competent to use and repaire the plant protection equipments safe way.

3.To make the farmers and farm labourers competent  to use plant protection chemicals safe and judicious manners and also make them able to dispose the the used empty containers safely.

4.How to implement IPM at field levels in proper way.

5.A bench Mark Suervey of the farmers and farm laboures to assess the practical knowledge about the crop production ,protection and management system, by way of conducting personel  interviews of the farmers and farm laboures because lack of knowledge about use of chemicals,and plant protection machines and also lack of the IPM is not being implemented properly.

6.Farmers are not using proper protective equipment while using plant protection chemicals and equipments.

8. Provsion  of Medical examination and insurance of farmers and farm laboures engaged in using the plant protection chemicals .

9.Farmers and farm laboures must be trained and 

 the farm labourers  dealing with chemical pesticides and plant protection machines must be insured.

10.Incentives for the farm labourers must be given for handling the chemical pesticides.

11 .Due to shortage of staff in almost all the Govt Departments, only one option is left I. e .to involve farmers and farm laboures themselves  to promote and  popularise the innovative technologies among themselves .For which the farmers and farm laboures must be trained.Thus farmers to farmers technique must be applied to promote any concept for which volunteers from the retired personels must be involved but these volunteers may have their own problems.This system may also have the problem of finance.

12.To popularize any concept among the society,a strong political and beaurecratic willpower and support with a correct vision,working attitude in team ,proactiveness to get success at any way and any cost to achieve correct objectives and goals with available resources through creating awareness and motivating the stakeholders are essentially required to popularize and implement IPM in the field.
